Adult Kung Fu Classes
In our Essential Kung Fu Program, you will develop power, flexibility and hand-eye coordination. At the same time, you will learn basic self-defense techniques in a fun and engaging environment. Our training engages your mind, body and spirit through an intense, full-body workout. You will improve not only your physical fitness, but also your self-confidence, discipline, focus and mental clarity.
Students in our Essential Kung Fu Program may have access to the following types of classes:

- San Sao (Self-Defense Applications)

The Black Belt candidate Program
Our Black Belt Program is an invitation-only program for students who have completed a minimum of 1-3 months of basic training. Students in the Black Belt Program are exposed to advanced form training and weaponry as well as the cultural, philosophical and spiritual aspects of martial art training. The Black Belt Program is uniquely designed to fit the needs of each individual student. Everyone in the Black Belt Training Program can achieve the rank of Black Belt within a minimum of 3-5 years, depending on their commitment and consistency.
